Wolf Frass is an Austrian actor and voice actor born in Vienna in 1948, who has built an extensive career in German-language theatre, television, and voice acting. He trained as a actor at the Folkwang School in Essen and gained experience performing on stage in Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Hamburg, as well as with various touring theatre companies. In addition to his voice work, Frass has appeared in on-screen roles in German television crime series such as Großstadtrevier and Tatort.

In the field of anime and animation dubbing, Frass is recognized for lending his voice to a wide array of characters. He is notably the German voice of Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage, in the long-running anime series Naruto and Naruto Shippuden.
