Phillip Sacramento is a professional voice actor from Northern Ireland with a career spanning nearly two decades across animation, video games, and audiobooks. He was educated in theatrical performance and has lent his voice to projects for clients including the BBC, Funimation, Games Workshop, and The LEGO Group.

In the realm of anime dubbing, Sacramento is known for his role as Taiga in the 2022 science fiction sports series Tribe Nine, produced by LIDENFILMS and Funimation. His other anime credits include additional voices in the romantic comedy Lovely Complex in 2007, the role of Yukio Kurobe in The Prince of Tennis II from 2012 to 2015, and Bill Hewitt in The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup in 2022.
