María José Guerrero is a Mexican actress and singer known for her work in Latin American Spanish dubbing for anime and animated series. She began her acting career in theater, graduating from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) University Theater Center. Her stage work includes the 2014 production Las Certezas Caducan and the 2019 musical Rentas Congeladas. For her performance in the play Malintzin, she received a nomination for the Actress Revelation award in 2016 from the Association of Critics and Journalists of Theater of Mexico. Guerrero also appeared in the 2017 film Contar el Amor.

In anime dubbing, Guerrero has accumulated a range of prominent roles. She voices Micchon Shikimori in the romantic comedy Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie, a production directed by Betzabé Jara at VSI Mexico City. She is also known for the role of Eliza Faust in the 2021 version of Shaman King, Kaga in Azur Lane, and Iris in The Strongest Sage With the Weakest Crest.

Her other notable credits include Utena Hiiragi, also known as Magia Baiser, in Gushing Over Magical Girls; Tokio in Heavenly Delusion; Sirius Romanée-Conti in the fourth season of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-; Druj in The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!; Gritt in Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement; and Eris in the second season of Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy-. Her voice work also extends to other series such as Aggretsuko, where she voiced Manaka in its third and fifth seasons, and the Mexican dub of the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal. In addition to her acting, Guerrero performed an insert song for the Latin American Spanish version of the anime Radiant.
