Yui Fukuo is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Hyogo Prefecture, born on April 25, 1994. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce and began her career in the entertainment industry after winning the Studio Deen Award at the 7th 81 Audition in 2013. Before focusing solely on voice acting, she was a member of the voice actress idol unit AŌP, where her image color was green. She joined the group in 2015 and remained with them until her graduation in February 2018 to concentrate on her voice acting career.

Fukuo's voice acting career gained momentum in 2017 with her first major leading role as Linze Silhoueska in the anime series In Another World With My Smartphone. This role also saw her contribute to the franchise's music, performing character songs and, as part of the unit Gemstone7, the opening theme for its second season. In the same year, she voiced Yuika Akitsuki in Minami Kamakura High School Girls Cycling Club. Her television animation filmography is diverse, including the role of Hokuto Imozaki in Kiratto Pri☆Chan from 2018 to 2021, Leifa Ling in Cinderella Nine: The Story Continues in 2019, and Cilia in the By the Grace of the Gods series in 2020. She has also appeared in series such as In the Land of Leadale, Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles, and My Unique Skill Makes Me OP even at Level 1, for which she also wrote the script for two episodes in 2023.

Beyond animation, Fukuo has lent her voice to characters in video games and film. Her game credits include Leifa Ling in the game adaptation of Cinderella Nine and Mouka Megumi in Magia Record. In film, she voiced the character Nyaos in the 2016 animated movie Pop in Q. She has also been active in radio, hosting a program called Yappari S ga Suki: Say You! Love Me! in 2018.

Fukuo's talent has been recognized with two Seiyu Awards. In 2016, she received the Special Award as a member of AŌP, and in 2018, she won the prestigious Best New Actress Award for her individual work in voice acting. Outside of her performance work, she is known for participating in the SJ3.LEAGUE, a 3x3 basketball league for voice actors, starting in 2018.
