Serina Machiyama is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency AIR AGENCY. She was born on October 5th in Chiba Prefecture. Machiyama is a graduate of both the Japan Narration Acting Institute and the AIR AGENCY Voice Actor Training Center.

Her professional voice acting career began in the mid-2010s, with an early role in the 2017 anime series Isekai Shokudō. She gained wider recognition for her work in the long-running series My Hero Academia. Starting in 2018, she was cast as the voice of the Pro Hero Pixie-Bob, a member of the Wild, Wild Pussycats team, a role she has continued to reprise across multiple seasons of the show. In addition to Pixie-Bob, she also voices a recurring student character named Tamei Hiroshi in the same series.
