Asuka Itou is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the talent agency RME. She was born on February 18th in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, and is 155cm tall with blood type O.

Itou began her career in 2002 as a second-generation member of the voice actor training project Kirakira☆Melody Gakuen. Following the project's dissolution, she formed the musical unit LaLa♪Lu with other members, which released singles and an album before disbanding in 2003. After a period of inactivity, she resumed her career in 2007 upon passing the Animerica New Voice Actor Audition, joining RME in April 2009. Her debut role was in the game Chocolate Kiss.

Itou is known for voicing a wide range of characters in anime and video games, often portraying young girls with moe, tsundere, or energetic personalities. In anime, her notable roles include Miya in Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall, minor roles in the Slayers Revolution and Slayers Evolution-R television series, the character Isana in the web anime Girls' Frontline: Little Theater Season 2, and San Diego, Hammann, and Ark Royal in the Azur Lane television anime adaptation. She has also appeared in OVA productions such as OVA de殿下 and Oneechan ga Kita.

Her video game work is extensive and includes prominent roles in major franchises. She voices multiple characters in the popular game Azur Lane, including San Diego, Hammann, and Ark Royal. She is also known for her work in the Girls' Frontline series, providing voices for characters such as IDW, PPK, M60, and FG42. Other game credits include characters in Disgaea 7, World Flipper, Storm Lover, Night Cry, and the arcade rhythm game maimai FiNALE. Her early work includes roles in Princess Frontier Portable and Test Drive Unlimited 2.

Beyond voice acting, Itou has worked as a narrator for online commercials and radio programs. She has also hosted the RME official internet radio program Voice Station Neo and served as an assistant on the RADIO animelo mix program. Her hobbies include sea fishing and snorkeling.
