Hina Natsume is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on September 13. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Her journey to becoming a voice actor began during her school days when she was seated in front of a passionate anime fan, which sparked her interest in the industry. She holds a Grade 2 English proficiency certification and has interests that include competitive karuta, shopping, and singing. She has also expressed an appreciation for fellow voice actress Kana Hanazawa.

Natsume's debut in animation came in 2018 with a minor role as a schoolgirl in the sixth series of GeGeGe no Kitaro. The following years saw her build a strong portfolio of supporting roles in numerous popular television series. Her credits include appearances in long-running franchises such as One Piece and My Hero Academia, as well as roles in series like BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!, Nier: Automata Ver1.1a, and MF Ghost.
