Her portfolio includes over 70 acting credits, more than 500 commercials, and over 100 corporate videos.
Chan's career encompasses a wide range of notable roles across different media. In video games, she is widely known for voicing the character Bailu in the 2023 title Honkai: Star Rail, a role she secured after a two-year process that began with an audition under a codename. Her other prominent game credits include Mayday in No Straight Roads, Tiger Lily in Chinatown Detective Agency, Deadsuit in Ghost Song, and voices in Diablo IV, Honor of Kings, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. In animation, she has been a recurring voice in Malaysian series, most notably as Ying in the popular franchises BoBoiBoy and BoBoiBoy Galaxy. She also voices Agent Elle in Ejen Ali: The Movie 2 and provided the voice for Yao Ji in the animated film New Gods: Yang Jian. In the English dub of the anime series Show Time!, she plays the role of Kana Fujimoto. Her work also extends to live-action dubbing; she voice-matched actress Michelle Yeoh for the film Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.
Chan has frequently collaborated with Malaysian animation and game studios. She worked with Metronomik on No Straight Roads alongside fellow Malaysian voice actors Steven Bones and Azman Zulkiply. She has also had a long-standing association with the teams behind BoBoiBoy and Ejen Ali, contributing her voice to various installments of those franchises. Her career progression was significantly aided by the shift to remote work during the pandemic, allowing her to secure international representation and work with overseas studios.
