Su Ling Chan is a Malaysian voice actor based in Malaysia, recognized for her extensive work in animation, video games, and commercial voice-overs since beginning her career in 1999. She is noted as the first Malaysian to dub Japanese anime in English and to voice a playable character in a HoYoverse title. Her portfolio includes over 70 acting credits, more than 500 commercials, and over 100 corporate videos.

Chan's career encompasses a wide range of notable roles across different media. In video games, she is widely known for voicing the character Bailu in the 2023 title Honkai: Star Rail, a role she secured after a two-year process that began with an audition under a codename. Her other prominent game credits include Mayday in No Straight Roads, Tiger Lily in Chinatown Detective Agency, Deadsuit in Ghost Song, and voices in Diablo IV, Honor of Kings, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
