Simon Frankel is a Portuguese actor and voice actor born in Melbourne, Australia, on April 7, 1982. He holds Portuguese nationality and is a bilingual performer, working in both English and Portuguese. Frankel trained as an actor at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. His career encompasses a wide range of performance, including theater, television, and film, in addition to his extensive voice work. He is also active as a workshop trainer in areas such as theater and voice dubbing.

Frankel's voice acting portfolio is extensive and includes numerous roles in animated series and films for the Portuguese market. He has provided voices for major animated franchises, such as Tintin in The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn, Despereaux in The Tale of Despereaux, and Squint in Ice Age: Continental Drift.
