Haruka Kitagaito is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the agency Hive Six. She was born on April 23 and is from Nara Prefecture. She stands 158 centimeters tall and has B-type blood.

Kitagaito is known for providing the voice for the character Tora in the original net animation series Tora to Mike, an adaptation of the manga about cats who run a stew restaurant.
