Hikaru Kayō is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on November 25, 1999. Her career includes voice roles in anime television series and original net animations. One of her notable roles is Rumi-chan in the short-form original net animation adaptation of the manga Tora to Mike. This slice of life series, which premiered in 2021, centers on the regular customers of a small shop run by cat sisters in Nagoya, and Kayō provided the voice for the character Rumi-chan across its episodes. Another of her credited roles is Theo in the 2019 anime television series Neko no Nyahho: Nya Miseraburu. This series, an adaptation of a smartphone game, follows the story of a cat painter named Vincent van Meowogh, and Kayō voiced his mouse roommate and apprentice, Theo.
