Description
Hikaru Kayō is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on November 25, 1999. Her career includes voice roles in anime television series and original net animations. One of her notable roles is Rumi-chan in the short-form original net animation adaptation of the manga Tora to Mike. This slice of life series, which premiered in 2021, centers on the regular customers of a small shop run by cat sisters in Nagoya, and Kayō provided the voice for the character Rumi-chan across its episodes. Another of her credited roles is Theo in the 2019 anime television series Neko no Nyahho: Nya Miseraburu. This series, an adaptation of a smartphone game, follows the story of a cat painter named Vincent van Meowogh, and Kayō voiced his mouse roommate and apprentice, Theo. Beyond these roles, her acting credits also include appearances in the anime series My Sweet Tyrant, Banished from the Hero's Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside, and Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion.
