Ken Yasuda is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on December 8, 1973, in Muroran, Hokkaido. He is a graduate of Hokkai Gakuen University, where his involvement in the theater club led to the founding of the theater group TEAM NACS in 1996 with fellow members. While voice acting is a significant part of his career, he is also widely recognized for his extensive work in Japanese television dramas and films.

Yasuda's voice acting portfolio includes a range of roles in both animated features and video games. He has a notable history of contributing to films by Studio Ghibli, with parts in Spirited Away as Oshirasama, The Cat Returns, Howl's Moving Castle, and When Marnie Was There. In the 2019 CGI film Dragon Quest: Your Story, based on the popular game series, he voiced the character Pusan. His work also extends to anime series, such as the role of the Department Head Takeda in the 2021 series Baby本部長 (Baby本部長). In a different vein, he took on the role of the Joker in the 2017 crossover comedy film DC Super Heroes vs. Eagle Talon.

Beyond animation, Yasuda has a prominent role in the video game industry. He portrays Yu Nanba in the critically acclaimed games Yakuza: Like a Dragon (2020) and its sequel, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth (2024). For his performance as Nanba, he also performed the character's song, Baka Mitai. Other video game voice work includes Sam in Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box (2007).
