Rira Ikuta is a Japanese singer-songwriter and voice actor, born on September 25, 2000. She is widely known as the vocalist ikura for the acclaimed musical duo YOASOBI, formed with producer Ayase. Her entry into voice acting began with a significant role in a major animated film.

Ikuta made her voice acting debut in the 2021 Mamoru Hosoda film Belle. In this movie, she voiced the character Hiroka Betsuyaku, a close friend and confidante of the protagonist, Suzu. Affectionately called Hiro-chan, her character is pivotal to the story as she is the one who introduces Suzu to the vast online world of U and serves as the producer for Suzu's virtual persona, Belle. This role marked her first professional work in anime voice acting.

Following her debut, Ikuta has taken on additional voice acting work. She was also cast in the anime film adaptation of the manga Dead Dead Demons Dededede Destruction.
