Takuya Tsuda is a Japanese voice actor born on August 28, 1994, in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Raccoon Dog.

Tsuda began his career in the voice acting industry in 2016 after graduating from the Pro Fit voice actor training school. His debut year included a minor role as a male student in the anime series Mob Psycho 100. He was initially affiliated with Pro Fit, and following the company's closure of its management business on April 1, 2022, he transferred to Raccoon Dog.
