Kohei Yoshiwara was a Japanese voice actor associated with the talent agency ARISE PROJECT. He was born on April 27 in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, and stood 168 cm tall. Before entering the industry, he graduated from the Japan Narration Acting Institute. He joined ARISE PROJECT on October 1, 2018, marking the start of his professional career.

Yoshiwara made his debut in the anime industry in 2019, with his first credited role being a soldier in the television series The Hunting Dog's God. In the following years, he built a portfolio of supporting roles across a variety of series. His early credits included parts in Ascendance of a Bookworm, The Case Files of Jeweler Richard, and various background characters in shows like In/Spectre and The Misfit of Demon King Academy. He continued to gain experience with roles in the 2020 series The Gymnastics Samurai and Warlords of Sigrdrifa, and in 2021, he appeared in titles such as Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town and The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter.

His most prominent role came with the multimedia project Futsal Boys!!!!! He voiced the character Toi Tsukioka, a member of the Koyo Academy futsal team, in both the 2022 anime television series and the accompanying mobile game, Futsal Boys!!!!! High-Five League. This project was a significant collaboration, and through it, he worked alongside a large cast of fellow voice actors. Data from this period indicates frequent collaboration with other cast members from the project, including Ryota Takara, Kazuki Furuta, Shuto Ishimori, and Ryotaro Yamaguchi.
