Sousuke Shimokawa is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo, born on October 12th. He is affiliated with the talent agency Clare Voice, having graduated from its associated training school, the clear voice养成所. He stands 180 cm tall and has blood type O.

Shimokawa began his voice acting career in 2017, with one of his earliest roles being a background character in the anime television series The Elegant Yokai Apartment Life. In the years following his debut, he built his experience by voicing numerous supporting and incidental characters across a wide range of anime productions.

His filmography includes minor roles in series such as Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks? in 2019, Warlords of Sigrdrifa in 2020, and several shows in 2021, including Otherside Picnic, I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level, and Osamake: Romcom Where The Childhood Friend Won't Lose. He continued in this capacity through 2022 with appearances in Fantasy Bishōjo Juniku Ojisan to and The Genius Prince's Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt, and in 2023 and 2024 with roles in Giant Beasts of Ars and T・P BON.

Beyond animation, Shimokawa has also contributed his voice to video games. His game credits include the 2018 title Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka: Memoria Freese and the 2019 role of the character Sarutahiko in Monster Strike. He has also participated in multimedia projects, such as playing the role of Ryūtarō Sera in the Futsal Boys!!!!! franchise, which began in 2020 and encompasses both an anime series and a broader mix of media.
