Tomoya Yamamoto is a Japanese male voice actor affiliated with the agency HolyPeak. He was born on March 19 in Tokyo, and his blood type is A. He is a graduate of Holy peak voice actor's School, the training school associated with his agency.

Yamamoto began his career in 2016, with his debut role being in the game Inu Otogi Soul. His early work included a role in the 2018 TV anime Tokyo Mizusho!, where he voiced the character Harada Soma. A significant early anime role came in 2020 when he was cast as Jitsuburo in Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS. He continued his involvement with the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, later voicing Shinjitsu Netsuzo in Yu-Gi-Oh!
