Yuka Takakura is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency 81 Produce. A native of Osaka Prefecture, she was born on February 5th. She is a graduate of the Amusement Media Academy and the 81 Actors Studio.

Takakura's career began in 2005, and she has built a diverse portfolio of voice work across animation, video games, and foreign language dubbing. Her vocal range is described as alto, and she is capable of performing both male and female characters, as well as utilizing her native Kansai dialect in roles.
