Hikari Kubota is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency ARTSVISION. A native of Tokyo, she is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute. Beyond her voice work, she has an interest in English conversation.

Her career began in the mid-2010s with minor roles in series such as Shonen Maid, Brave Witches, and the 2016 iteration of Berserk. She continued to build her resume with appearances in a wide range of popular anime, including Love Live! Sunshine!!, Case Closed (known as Detective Conan), and Baki.

A significant and defining role in her career is the character Mejiro Dober in the multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby. She has voiced this character across multiple installments, including the original television anime in 2018, its second season, and the original net animation BNW no Chikai. Her involvement with the franchise extends beyond voice acting to include performances of character songs and participation in related live events and concerts, contributing to the series' popular music releases.

Another notable role is Mirute in the 2024 anime adaptation of the video game Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin. She also provided the voice for Mitsuki Hattori in the 2021 original net animation Ichi Nichi Shite Narazu (also known as Not Just a Day Job).
