Kensuke Nishi is a Japanese voice actor born on July 6, 1980, in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Accent, having previously been represented by Arts Vision. Nishi began his career in the 2000s after completing his education at the Japan Narration Acting Institute and the Visual Techno Academia.

His voice acting work spans a wide range of media, including anime, video games, and Japanese dubs of foreign films and television series. In anime, he is known for a variety of supporting and recurring roles. He voices the character Anri Hayao in the Cardfight!! Vanguard G series, appearing in Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT and Cardfight!! Vanguard GZ. He also provides the voice for Izumi-Sensei in the series Uchū Nanchara Kotetsu-kun.
