Before pursuing voice acting, he accumulated ten years of experience as a stage actor and received vocal training for both singing and voiceover work. His background includes performances in community theater productions such as The Outsiders and work with companies like Hip Pocket Theatre. He also trained at Voices Carey Studios to further develop his voice acting skills.

Seale has become a prolific voice in the anime dubbing industry, with his career seeing significant growth in the early 2020s.
