Shunsuke Sakai is a Japanese voice actor known for his work in anime television series. He was born on February 23, 1987, in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan, and has blood type O. Sakai is a graduate of the JTB Entertainment Academy and holds a teaching license in Japanese language. He has been affiliated with the agency JTB Entertainment since April 2012.

His acting credits primarily consist of supporting and guest roles in a range of anime titles. In 2015, Sakai voiced one of his more recognized characters, Naoya Okubo, in the supernatural action series Isuca. His other roles from this period include Takeda in The Town Where Only I Am Missing, known in English as Castle Town Dandelion, and a supporting role as Yukichi Takeda in the same series. He also appeared as Morinaga Lemon in the first season of the comedy series Dagashi Kashi in 2016.

Sakai’s earlier television work includes minor parts in series such as GON in 2012, The Hentai Prince and the Stony Cat, and Teekyu. In 2013, he had a role in the fantasy anime The World in the Colors of a Hero, released in English as The Saga of Tanya the Evil, and also appeared in Amnesia. His career continued with roles in the crime drama Gangsta., the romance series Junjo Romantica 3, and the action fantasy Lance N' Masques, all in 2015. In 2016, in addition to his work on Dagashi Kashi, he provided voices for several characters in the military action series Izetta: The Last Witch.
