Hiroko Kiso is a Japanese voice actress from Nara Prefecture, born on July 15. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace and speaks the Kansai dialect. Kiso is a graduate of the Amusement Media Academy, which laid the foundation for her career in the entertainment industry.
