Monica Rossi is a Brazilian voice actress based in Rio de Janeiro. She began her career in dubbing in 1982 after completing a course at the Herbert Richers studio, where she also passed an entrance test. Her body of work encompasses a wide range of voice acting for animation, television series, and films.

Among her notable roles in anime, Rossi provided the Brazilian Portuguese voice for the character Afrodia in the anime series Space Warrior Baldios. This dubbing was also produced at the Herbert Richers studio. In addition to her work in anime, she has extensive credits dubbing numerous live-action actresses from Hollywood, including Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kim Basinger, Sharon Stone, and Kate Winslet. She has also voiced characters in various animated productions and series, such as Lois Lane in several DC Comics animated projects, Calisto in X-Men Evolution, and Mattori in Yu Yu Hakusho. Her work also includes voice roles in video games, such as Sejuani in League of Legends.
