QP:flapper is a Japanese illustrator unit consisting of two artists, Tometa Ohara and Koharu Sakura. The pair first met through a guestbook at the Ikebukuro Taishoromando, a store specializing in merchandise for the Sakura Wars franchise, and subsequently began collaborating on doujinshi based on games from the company Leaf, such as To Heart. Their professional debut as character designers came with the Leaf visual novel Kusari in 2005. Early in their career, they worked under the pseudonyms Tometa and Pimeko, but in October 2006, Pimeko changed her name to Koharu Sakura, with Tometa later adopting the surname Ohara.

As a creative unit, QP:flapper is recognized for providing original character designs for numerous anime series. Their credits in this area include Celestial Method, Etotama, Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars, and Idol Pride. They also contributed character designs for the social game Girl Friend Beta.

The creator is notably credited for their work on the multimedia project Girlish Number. For this franchise, which was developed with writer Wataru Watari, QP:flapper served as the character designer and provided illustrations for the serialized novel, which was published in Dengeki G's Magazine. Beyond anime and games, QP:flapper has a substantial portfolio illustrating light novels, including series such as MM!, Lucky Chance!, and My Cute Country Daughter. They have also contributed character designs for external projects, such as the digital idol project 22/7, which was produced by Yasushi Akimoto. The enduring partnership of the two illustrators defines QP:flapper as a consistent artistic presence across anime, game, and publishing media.
