Seika Hirose is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency ARTSVISION. She was born in Tokyo on April 13, 2000. Before beginning her professional career, she trained at the Japan Narration Acting Institute.

Hirose started her voice acting career in the late 2010s, with some of her earliest roles in 2017 and 2018. Her debut work includes providing voices for characters in the long-running anime series Crayon Shin-chan and a guest role in the anime Ulysses: Jeanne d'Arc and the Alchemist Knight.
