Hiromi Dames is a Japanese-born American actress and voice actress known for her work in both live-action television and animated series. She was born on November 5, 1979, on a naval base in Yokosuka, Japan, and later moved to Seattle, Washington, as a teenager. Her early career began in Seattle, where she received a nomination for a regional Emmy Award for her work as a teen reporter.

Dames is perhaps best recognized for her live-action role as Traci Van Horn, the nasal-voiced celebrity and friend of Miley Stewart, on the Disney Channel series Hannah Montana. However, she has built an extensive career as a voice artist across major networks and franchises.
