Meghna Kumar is a Dutch voice actress known for her extensive work in Dutch-language dubs of animated series and films. Born on June 23, 1979, she has been active in the voice acting industry since approximately 2005. Her career began after she was asked to audition for a role, which she received, leading to her continued work in the field.

Kumar is perhaps most recognized for providing the Dutch voice of the character Dawn in the long-running anime series Pokémon. She voiced Dawn for multiple seasons and specials, including Pokémon: Diamond and Pearl, Pokémon: Black and White: Rival Destinies, and films such as Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai, Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life, and Pokémon Zoroark: Master of Illusions. Her other prominent anime and animated voice roles include Roxy and Amore in Winx Club, Will in W.I.T.C.H., Granaat (Garnet) in Steven Universe, Marceline in Adventure Time, and Mei in Lego Monkie Kid. She also voiced the character Bandit Leader in the Star Wars: Visions series.
