Born on 3 May 1985 in Suresnes, France, he developed an interest in acting from a young age, participating in amateur theater workshops before undertaking formal training at institutions such as the École de l'Acteur Côté Cour in Paris.

While Cauden has a significant presence on the French stage, earning Molière Award nominations for his roles in productions like Mission Florimont and Les Producteurs, he has also built a parallel career in voice acting.
