Masayuki Hirai is a Japanese voice actor and stage performer affiliated with the talent agency Mouvement. He is a native of Shiga Prefecture and was born on September 3rd.

Hirai is most widely recognized for his role as the second King in the 2022 Netflix anime series Tekken: Bloodline, an adaptation of the popular fighting game franchise. In this series, he provided the Japanese voice for the character, a Mexican luchador and orphanage director who competes in the King of Iron Fist Tournament. His other anime credits include minor roles in long-running and popular series such as Detective Conan, where he voiced a zombie character, and Magi: Adventure of Sinbad, in which he played various soldier and civilian roles. He has also appeared in Tsukiuta. The Animation as a store clerk and in the anime Aragne no Mushi as a radio DJ.

Beyond anime, Hirai's voice work extends to dubbing foreign films and series, with a credit in the film Mother/Android. He has also lent his voice to the gaming world, most notably in the fantasy role-playing game Shoujo to Dragon: Genjuu Keiyaku Cryptract, where he voiced multiple characters including Felix and Zeruel.
