Yuka Tokumitsu is a Japanese voice actor born on October 2, 1969, in Hokkaido, Japan. She began her career in 1997 and is associated with blood type B and a height of 158 cm. Her training includes time at the Shoto Actor's Gymnasium, and she was formerly affiliated with the talent management firm Accent before becoming a freelancer around 2006.

Tokumitsu is best known for her long-standing portrayal of the character Tailmon, also known as Gatomon, and its various evolutions such as Angewomon, within the Digimon Adventure franchise. Her involvement with the role spanned over two decades, beginning with the original television series in 1999. She reprised the role in numerous sequel series and films, including Digimon Adventure 02, all six chapters of Digimon Adventure tri., the film Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna, and the most recent film, Digimon Adventure 02 The Beginning. Her performance as Tailmon is considered a signature role of her career.

Beyond Digimon, Tokumitsu has contributed her voice to several other prominent anime series. In the magical girl genre, she played Dodo and Nishizawa-sensei in the Ojamajo Doremi series and portrayed Rina Takashimizu in Futari wa Pretty Cure and its sequel, Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart. Her other notable roles include Princess Silver in Yume no Crayon Oukoku, for which she also performed the opening theme song N Paka March, Nao Yoshikawa in the OVA Good Morning Call, and Dita in Chobits. Her career also includes voice work in video games, such as Digimon World -next 0rder- and the mobile game Digimon New Century.

Throughout her career, Tokumitsu has frequently collaborated with other voice actors on long-running franchises.
