Patrick Poole is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series, primarily with the production company Sentai Filmworks. He began his career in voice acting in 2013, contributing to the ensemble cast of the film Harlock: Space Pirate. A significant early role came shortly after when he voiced Takao Akizuki in the film The Garden of Words, a performance that earned him a BTVA Award for Best Male Lead Vocal Performance in an Anime Movie/Special in 2014 and a nomination for Breakthrough Voice Actor of the Year.

Poole has provided voices for a variety of characters across different anime series. He is recognized for playing Shirou Emiya in the English adaptation of the Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya series, including its sequels 2wei! and 2wei Herz!. He also voices the character Cygnus Magnus in the Netflix and Crunchyroll CGI anime series Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac and its second season, Battle for Sanctuary. His other notable roles include Hibiki Kuze in Devil Survivor 2: The Animation, Ieyasu and Toby in Akame ga Kill!, Kaname Moniwa in Haikyu!!, Rizumu Suzuki in Gatchaman Crowds Insight, and Mitsuru Sotsuda in Food Wars!.

In addition to his voice acting work, Patrick Poole is a classically trained stage actor. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Houston's Professional Actor Training Program and has been a member of Actor's Equity Association since 2017. His theatre career has involved performances with various companies in Illinois, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. He is also the creator and host of a podcast titled Rooms and Reckonings: An Acting Podcast, which features discussions on theatre theory with professional artists.
