Mizuna Shirakawa is a Japanese voice actress born in Tokyo on February 28, 2002. She is affiliated with the talent agency Sony Music Artists. Her career began after she won the grand prize at the sixth Anistoteles audition, sponsored by Sony Music Artists, in October 2017, at which time she used her birth name, Mizuna Tanaka. She made her professional debut in 2018.

Shirakawa is recognized for her transparent and emotionally expressive voice, as well as her versatile performance skills that extend to singing. One of her most prominent anime roles is as Uta Koizumi in the 2021 television series Selection Project, a part for which she was also credited with song and theme song performance. Her work in anime also includes a minor role in an episode of Vermeil in Gold.

Beyond anime, Shirakawa has built a career in other media. In video games, she has voiced Kaoru Omikawa in BATON=RELAY and has contributed to popular titles such as Monster Strike and Kotodaman. She is also active in stage productions, with appearances including the role of Hide Kishida in a stage play of the Assault Lily franchise and participation in reading and original stage performances. Her experience includes live musical performances, radio shows, and digital content. In 2024, she provided her voice for the singing voice synthesis software VoiSona as the character Momoka Komurasaki.
