Nozomi Nagumo is a Japanese voice actor from Saitama Prefecture, born on June 18. She is affiliated with the talent agency Rush Style as an associate member. She began her career under the name Nozomi Kimura while at Wise Production before transferring agencies and adopting her current stage name in August 2017. Her early anime roles included appearances in series such as Big Order and Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory.

Nagumo's role as Hiromi Hamaguri in the 2021 anime series Selection Project stands as a significant credit in her career. Hiromi is a sixteen-year-old candidate from Osaka in the titular idol reality show, known for her bold personality and leadership qualities within the groups Splasoda° and 9-tie.
