Elena Cavalli Carbone is an Italian voice actor known for her work in dubbing animated series and films for the Italian market. She was born in Genoa, Italy, on February 2, 1999. Her formative training included studying lyrical singing from 2013 to 2018 and attending the Teatro G.A.G. acting school from 2017 to 2019.

Cavalli Carbone has built a career providing the Italian voices for a variety of characters in anime series. She is the Italian voice of Kiwi, the enigmatic netrunner, in the Netflix anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Another notable role is as the voice of White Blood Cell 8787 in the anime Cells at Work! Code Black. Her other anime credits include the roles of Ruka Sarashina in Rent-a-Girlfriend, Fuu in Naruto Shippuden, Mary in Pokémon Esplorazioni, Akiko Miura in Tekken: Bloodline, and Multi Nana-iro in Beyblade X. She has also contributed to the Italian dubs of major franchises, voicing Tome in the Mononoke films and providing voices for characters in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean and Detective Conan series.

In addition to anime, her voice work extends to animated films, such as a role in Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop. She has also dubbed numerous characters in live-action productions, including the role of Kim Da-Eun in the series Cobra Kai and a young Violet Ledger in La regina Carlotta - Una storia di Bridgerton. In the film Wonka, she dubbed the character Barbara, played by Charlotte Ritchie. Her work in video games includes voicing the hero Illari in Overwatch 2.
