Shuhei Matsuda is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. He was born on September 1, 1992, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of the 14th class of the voice actor training institute School Duo.

Matsuda began his professional career in the 2010s. He is known for his versatility and has taken on a wide range of roles in anime, video games, and dubbing for foreign films and television series. He has played multiple characters within a single production on several occasions, demonstrating his broad vocal range. One of his most recognized roles is the pro hero Gang Orca in the anime series My Hero Academia. He also voices the villain Moonfish in the same series, as well as the characters Backdraft, Vlad King, and others. His other notable anime roles include Keiji in Attack on Titan, Gora Shoji in Haikyuu!!, and Zack in the film Gekijōban Kuroko no Basuke Last Game.
