Mayumi Tsuchiya is a Japanese voice actress born on October 8, 1978, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Her name in Japanese is rendered as 土屋 真由美. She is affiliated with the talent agency BQMAP.

Tsuchiya is primarily known for her voice roles within the Jewelpet anime franchise. She consistently provided the voice for the character Rald, a male giant panda Jewelpet whose jewel is the emerald.
