Mei Okada is a Japanese singer and voice actress affiliated with Ace Crew Entertainment. She was born on May 19, 1996, in Fukaya, Saitama. Her career in the entertainment industry began in 2014 when she successfully passed an audition and became the founding leader of the idol group Tenkou Shoujo, a position she held until her graduation from the group in November 2019.

Okada's voice acting debut occurred in July 2019 when she was cast as Marika Mizushima in the Bushiroad media mix project D4DJ. She is a member of Merm4id, the unit within the franchise to which her character belongs, and has voiced Marika across multiple adaptations, including the video game D4DJ Groovy Mix, the original net animation D4DJ Petit Mix, and the television anime D4DJ All Mix. This role marks a significant recurring collaboration with the Bushiroad franchise.

In 2023, Okada took on another prominent role within a Bushiroad franchise, joining the cast of BanG Dream! as Umiri Yahata, also known by her stage name Timoris, in the band Ave Mujica. For this role, she not only provides the character's voice but also performs as the bassist for the real-world band Ave Mujica. She learned to play bass guitar specifically for this commitment, having had no prior experience with the instrument. She is scheduled to reprise this role in the 2025 television anime BanG Dream! Ave Mujica.

Beyond these major anime franchises, Okada's work extends to other multimedia projects and stage performances. In October 2020, she was cast as Sara Hiiragi in Bushiroad's ROAD59 multimedia franchise, which includes stage plays. Her stage work also includes roles in productions such as "Kokuhaku no Kyujitsu" and "GeGeGe no Kitaro".

In addition to her performance career, Okada holds qualifications in traditional Japanese arts, including a seventh-degree dan certification in calligraphy and expertise in the tea ceremony.
