Tsunko is a Japanese voice actress, cosplayer, and DJ, born on January 9, 1992, in Osaka Prefecture. She is a graduate of Chuo University. Her entry into professional cosplaying was prompted by a friend's invitation to participate in a group cosplay for the Danganronpa series, through which she gained considerable popularity in the anime convention circuit. She was formerly affiliated with the agencies PP Enter Prise and L'erable before becoming a freelancer.

Her debut as a voice actress came with her selection for the role of Aoi Miyake in the multimedia franchise D4DJ. She voices Aoi Miyake across multiple adaptations of the series, including the television anime D4DJ First Mix, D4DJ All Mix, the special D4DJ Double Mix, and the short-form series Pucchimiku D4DJ Petit Mix. Beyond the D4DJ franchise, her voice acting credits include the role of Takeki in the original net animation Jōkaku Gattai Oshirobots.

In addition to her voice work, Tsunko is integrally involved in the musical aspect of the D4DJ franchise. As the voice of Aoi Miyake, she is also a performing member and the DJ for the in-series music unit, RONDO. Her contributions to the franchise's music include performing insert songs and theme songs for various D4DJ anime releases. Prior to her voice acting debut, she built a career as a professional cosplayer and model, and she also performs as a solo DJ at clubs and festivals, emphasizing that she wishes audiences would focus on her musical technique and skills rather than her visual image.
