Nagisa Kakegawa is a Japanese voice actor and stage performer affiliated with the talent agency Crocodile. She was born on November 17, 1997, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Her hobbies include drawing and sewing, and she holds a second-degree rank in competitive karuta, a traditional Japanese card game.

Kakegawa's career began in 2017 with a role in the stage play Hako Onna, where she played the character Ichisato Chisato. She transitioned to voice acting for anime the following year, landing a minor role in the television series Kiratto Pri Chan. In 2020, she provided voices for the anime Dropkick on My Devil! and D4DJ First Mix. A year later, she was credited for a role in the series This Love is Strange.

Her most prominent role to date is in the 2022 anime adaptation of Satoshi Mizukami's manga Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer. In this series, she voiced the characters Coo Ritter and Ende.
