Atsuhiro Tsuda is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on May 27, 1976, in Shiga Prefecture. He is primarily known as a comedian, being a member of the comedy duo Diane, and has expanded his career to include acting in television dramas and films, as well as voice acting in anime.

Tsuda's most prominent voice acting role to date is Atsuya Baba in the critically acclaimed television anime series Odd Taxi (2021) and its subsequent theatrical compilation, Odd Taxi: In the Woods (2022). In Odd Taxi, he voices the character of Baba, a kind and optimistic manzai comedian who is part of the comedy duo Homosapiens, a role that draws on his own background in comedy. He also reprised the role of Baba for the live-action series RoOT: Route of OddTaxi, a spin-off of the original anime.

Following his work in the Odd Taxi franchise, Tsuda was cast in a voice role in the long-running magical girl franchise. In 2025, he voiced the original character Totto, the chairman of the organizing committee for the Super Miracle Idol Festival, in the film Eiga Kimi to Idol Precure♪ Omatase! Kimi ni Todokeru Kirakki Live!.

Through his work on Odd Taxi, Tsuda has collaborated with the series' screenwriter Kazuya Konomoto and has performed alongside a cast that includes regular collaborators such as Suzuko Mimori, Kenji Hamada, and Kappei Yamaguchi across both the anime and its spin-off projects.
