Roben Mitchell van den Dungen Bille is a Dutch actor and voice actor, professionally known as Mitch van den Dungen Bille. Born in Naarden on July 23, 1985, he began his career in entertainment at the age of nine, appearing in various commercials, films, and series. He later trained at the Toneelacademie Maastricht, graduating in 2014.
He is best known for his extensive work in Dutch voice dubbing, providing the voices for numerous characters in animated series and films. Among his most prominent roles is the character Goh in the Pokémon franchise, which he voiced in both Pokémon Journeys: The Series and the special Pokémon: The Arceus Chronicles.
