Kim van Zeben is a Dutch actress and theater maker who has built a significant career in voice acting for Dutch-language dubs of animated series and films. She studied at the Amsterdamse Toneelschool & Kleinkunstacademie, graduating in 2003. Her voice work is part of a broader performing arts career that includes extensive stage experience in musicals, cabaret, and youth theater.

Van Zeben is known for providing the Dutch voice of Donald Duck in various Disney productions, a role she has performed in projects such as the 2023 short film Once Upon a Studio and the Mickey Mouse series from 2022 onwards. Another prominent voice role is Mabel in the Dutch version of the animated series Gravity Falls, a part she voiced from 2012 to 2016. Her other voice credits include Diego in Go, Diego, Go, Lana and Lola Loud in The Loud House, Thomas in Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go, and Marsha Mello in the fourth series of a production.

In addition to these recurring roles, Van Zeben has voiced characters in numerous other cartoons and commercials, contributing regularly to Dutch dubbing. Her work spans collaborations with various production companies in the Netherlands.

Parallel to her voice acting, Van Zeben has received significant recognition for her stage performances. She has been nominated four times for the John Kraaijkamp Musical Award for Best Female Supporting Actor for her roles in productions such as Woef Side Story, Pluk van de Petteflet, Jan, Jans en de Kinderen, and Minoes. She is also a theater maker who creates her own youth performances under her foundation, Kim van Zeben Theater Productions. Her 2024 youth performance Beuk! was awarded a Zilveren Krekel.
