Jun Oosuka is a Japanese voice actor born on May 24, 1979, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Amuleto, having joined in October 2014 after a period as a freelance performer and prior membership with the agency Mouse Promotion. His interest in voice acting began in childhood, inspired by a friend's father who worked in the industry, and he pursued this goal through formal training, graduating from both the Showa College of Music Voice Acting Department and Eizo Techno Academia.

Oosuka's career, which began in the late 1990s, encompasses a wide range of roles in television anime, video games, and drama CDs. He is known for his versatility, bringing to life characters that can be whimsical, serious, or comical.
