Hisanori Koyatsu is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. He was born in Tokyo on March 31, 1973. Koyatsu began his career with his agency in the year 2000.

In anime, Koyatsu is known for his role as Leopold Schumacher in the series Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These. He also voiced the character Goro Maki in Linebarrels of Iron. His other anime credits include roles in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Doraemon, and Anpanman. Earlier in his career, he took on supporting parts in series such as舞-HiME, where he is credited as Yamada, and in shows like Kanon, Strawberry 100%, and Mobile Suit Gundam 00.

Beyond animation, Koyatsu has an extensive career in voice dubbing for foreign films and television series. He has provided the Japanese voice for characters in prominent Western productions, including the role of Thor in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and the character Jaws in the dubbed version of the James Bond film Moonraker.
