Ivanna Ochoa is a Venezuelan voice actor born in Caracas who began her career in dubbing at the age of sixteen. Her first significant role was as Tootie in the film The Fairly OddParents: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!. She is recognized in the industry for voicing a variety of characters in animated series and films, with her work spanning anime, western animation, and live-action dubbing for the Latin American market.

In the realm of anime, Ochoa is known for her role as Setsuna Tokage in the fifth season of the popular series My Hero Academia, a part she reprised for the film My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission. Her other notable anime credits include voicing the fairy Flora from the fifth to the seventh seasons of Winx Club, as well as its miniseries, a role she has described as a dream come true, having been a fan of the show as a child. She also contributed to series such as Spider Riders and provided various voices for Higurashi: When They Cry - GOU.

Beyond anime, Ochoa's voice work is extensive in other genres.
