Carlos Domínguez, also known by the alternate name Kael Pineda, is a Mexican teacher, announcer, journalist, and voice actor born on November 16. He is primarily known for his work in anime dubbing, providing voices for a wide range of characters across numerous series.

Domínguez's career in voice acting spans over a decade, with his earliest listed voice role dating back to 1998. He has taken on both main and supporting roles in various anime productions. A significant part of his career includes his work on the anime adaptation of Tokyo Revengers, where he voices the character Ryohei Hayashi.
