Miyu Kawakami is a Japanese voice actress born on February 8, 1969, in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Her real name is Atsuko Takahashi. She has not received any known awards or honors for her voice acting work.

Kawakami is known for her role as Sumire Shinohara in the television anime series Super Doll Licca-chan, which aired from 1998 to 1999. She also contributed her voice to the children's anime series Genki Genki Non-tan, appearing in multiple DVD releases of the show alongside a cast that included Ayaka Saito and Motoko Kumai. Additionally, she is credited as an actress in the film Ajimu - Kaigan Monogatari from 2001.
