Rise Moritomo is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Just Pro, known for her role as Yukari Yanagi, also known as Yukayuka, in the television anime series Wixoss Diva(A)Live. She was born on October 17, 1997, and is a native of Osaka Prefecture, having also lived in Aichi and Shizuoka prefectures. Her height is 150 cm.
Moritomo's path to a voice acting career began while she was a student at a music vocational school in Osaka, where she studied sound and lighting. After experiencing a dubbing workshop, she became interested in voice acting. She graduated from Cat Music College in 2018. In 2017, she started using the streaming service SHOWROOM to participate in the Yaoyorozu Voice Actor Discovery Audition, where she received a jury prize. Throughout 2017 and 2018, she was a consistent participant and winner in various SHOWROOM auditions, which led to her first professional roles. These included winning the grand prize in an audition for the game LOST TRIGGER, which became her debut role, and winning the opportunity to voice a character in a television commercial for the OIOI department store's original anime. In 2018, she joined the training school Yaoyorozu Voice Lab, and in April 2019, she became a member of Just Pro.
Her first role in a television anime was a minor character, a mother, in the series Jashin-chan Dropkick (Dropkick on My Devil!). She has since appeared in several other anime productions. Besides her role in Wixoss Diva(A)Live, her anime credits include Ibuki Oe and an alien in Kotonoha no Maryoku: The Microphone of the Soul, Mokorin in Otona no Bouguya-san II (Armor Shop for Ladies II), and Yumiko in Otona no Bouguya-san (Armor Shop for Ladies). She has also been involved in game voice acting, with roles such as the Magician of the Campfire in Revolve ACT -S, Carrie in LOST TRIGGER, and Aira in WarLocksZ. Her work extends to dubbing for foreign dramas, including Korean series like Crash Landing on You and Touch Your Heart.
