Jesse Inocalla is a Filipino American voice actor based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with over fifteen years of experience in the animation and video game industries. He is known for his versatility across genres, providing voices for characters in pre-lay animation, dubbing for anime series, and video games.

Inocalla has built an extensive filmography with a variety of notable roles. He is perhaps best known for voicing the character Soren in the Netflix animated series The Dragon Prince. Other prominent animation roles include The Brain in My Adventures with Superman, Plovar in LEGO Legends of Chima, Spider-Ham in Marvel Battleworld projects, and Reptil in Marvel Super Hero Adventures.

His work in English-dubbed anime includes the role of Tatsuhito Ikoma in the series World Trigger. He also voiced Ken O'Donnell in the 2009 anime special Jungle Emperor Leo.
