Jesse Inocalla is a Filipino American voice actor based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with over fifteen years of experience in the animation and video game industries. He is known for his versatility across genres, providing voices for characters in pre-lay animation, dubbing for anime series, and video games.

Inocalla has built an extensive filmography with a variety of notable roles. He is perhaps best known for voicing the character Soren in the Netflix animated series The Dragon Prince.
